I was greeted with genuine smiles and was able to do a walk in oil change. They not only asked before replacing my air filters but brought them out to me to show me why. I received a text and email with a link that had a video of my car and the suggestions it needed. Finally I was given a print out of everything that was performed along with the suggestions. The experience was an equal mix of courteous and professional!
I drive about an hour and half to get my car serviced at Morrie's as they are reliable, have been able to get my repairs done in one day and have great customer service. Ashley in service was so helpful to me not just on my car but with me personally today. I can't thank her enough for the phenomenal customer service and support she provided.
