I love the "old school" style of this dealership. When I call, someone actually picks up the phone. This is something I have grown to really appreciate. No obnoxious music filled with static, no list of options to choose from, no being on hold forever with a recording saying "your call is important to us" LOL. It's just a nice person who helps me out. So many businesses have grown so impersonal that it's refreshing to get decent help quickly. In addition, there's no sense in the back of my mind of being up-charged with every transaction like I've experienced elsewhere. When a concern was discovered, they gave me options to work with, and I appreciated that we worked together to find a solution I could be happy with. I hope they continue to do business as they do now. It's nice to work with a dealership that knows what is important to their customers. They put in the effort to do a great job for their customers.

Service of my Bronco has been provided by this team twice now. Both times the work was done quickly and attention to my service requests were honored. Easy/quick check in. Having an appointment the paper work was ready for review when I arrived. Took time to answer all my questions. Timely work as well. If you need FORD Service this dealership is worth checking out.
