I recently bought a 2019 Escape with Nicco's help. Excellent service! He was professional and patient; in addition, he was highly knowledgeable when it came to specs on the inventory. I recently purchased my first brand new car, I have bought used from other dealers in the past. This is my first time dealing with Magee's. The service I received from Jacob was outstanding. He wasn't pushy and smothering. He listened to what we wanted and needed, when we told him our budget he didn't show us things we could not afford. He spent a fair amount of time with use even after we told him we weren't sure about buying a new car. He was still happy to help us even with no guarantee of a sale. They made the loan process easily understandable and not overwhelming. At the end of the day we decided to buy a new car, because of the service we received from Jacob.
