These mechanics are very experienced and I wouldn't trust taking my truck anywhere else! Thank you, Woody Smith. You all did such great work on my brakes.

We needed to order some floor mats from a Ford we did not buy from them. The floor mats were unavailable for our make and model of truck. Instead of just telling us that, they searched for a dealer thay had them available and printed off a list for us. Super helpful!

On vacation with the F250 and Fifth wheel trailer when I started hearing the loudest racket under the hood. Limped the 60 miles to Rexburg from our campground and was there on opening. Tech Travis diagnosed the issue as the alternator. Even let me listen through the stethoscope to know for myself. Parts guy, sorry I didn't get the name, was able to get the part ordered in from Idaho Falls along with a new drive belt. Was told it would be about an hour as parts delivery had several stops. Part arrived on time, Travis advised and showed the bracket which holds the air intake was cracked on one end and broken on the other. Not a major issue. Got everything back together and started engine...problem solved. Paid and on my way by 10:30a. I want to thank everyone at Woody Smith Ford for working with a tourist and getting me back on my vacation. I was kept in the loop at every step. And I got out under 1,000 dollars. Thanks Travis and my Service Writer Cody and the others I did not get a name for. I really appreciate your efforts to get me back on the road.
