I have nothing but great things to say about Tallahassee Ford. I was a bit skeptical bringing my car here for its first service but they knocked it out of the park. I dropped my Bronco off on Saturday and two hours later it was ready for me. When I got there to pick it up, a man was making small talk and joking around with me and I had no clue I was actually speaking to the owner, such a kind man who runs his dealership fantastically. I brought up my recalls to whoever was checking me out and they mentioned a mobile service, on Monday I received the call to schedule my recall fix and it’s now Wednesday and they’re currently fixing my recall in my work parking lot!!! That’s awesome!!!! Carl was my service man and he did a wonderful job changing my oil and explaining everything to me. Thank you Tallahassee Ford!!
