For used vehicles, the EPA estimates were generated when the vehicle was new, and actual fuel economy may differ more significantly due to factors like age, maintenance history, and vehicle condition. Chris Pelt was absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment we walked in until the minute we drove off with our new vehicle, Chris went above and beyond for us! He is so knowledgeable about Ford and the car buying process. We were given updates in each part of the process and even afterwards when our vehicle when to detailing and was ready for us to take home. The finance team was also amazing and helped us to get a great deal on our vehicle. Chris has been readily available for questions even after buying and leaving the dealership. I was so pleased with the entire car buying process and would definitely recommend Jones Ford and Chris Pelt to other potential buyers!

The bumper of my car was ripped off on a trip to Asheville. In the travel back my tires rubbed against the wheel well and burned a hole in them. I had to pull over and get box cutters to cut it off so I could keep driving back to Charleston. Once I returned home I brought it to Jones Ford and Randy Tozier and his team did a remarkable job fixing it. It looks better than it did before the accident. I am so impressed with the work they did and I would recommend them anytime. Thank you all for making such a stressful moment less stressful.

Jones ford body shop does not stand by their work! I had a recall done for my windshield seal. I was told 90% of the windshields crack when this repair is done. When I picked up my vehicle I was happily surprised I was in the 10% that didn’t break. I thought. 2 weeks later a small crack started on the passenger side bottom under the seal of the windshield and started creeping upward. Bringing the vehicle back to jones ford to get fixed I was told there was a “rock impact” and they would not fix it!! It obviously started under the windshield seal!!! And told me to make a claim with insurance. This is not the way to conduct business and keep repeat customers. I advise everyone to steer clear of Jones ford for service or recall work. Edit: After posting above review, I was connected with the customer relations manager Marty. Marty did some background research and found my windshield claim to be reliable. Jones Ford ended up fixing my windshield, washing and filling my bronco with gas. In the end, Marty made sure I was taken care of and the right thing was done. Thank you!!
