Quinn was incredibly helpful and straight forward no BS! I walked in and knew what I wanted and he made it happen, no trying to sell my on stuff I didn’t want or a different vehicle. He explained all the bells and whistles the ST had compared to different years, all in all it was an awesome stress free experience. Sage was quick and efficient with all of our paperwork, especially for how busy they were! He knows the banks inside and out and how to get you the best rate without running your credit a million times. EXTREMELY knowledgeable . Now let’s talk about the condition of my 2020 Explorer ST… IMMACULATE!!! Their detail team made sure everything was pristine for pickup, they even put a cute pink air freshener in there for me! I’m also positive they put a quick polish to it (it’s black) to make sure I left looking 100% the cool mom I am ???? All in all I cannot recommend the entire Keizer Skyline staff enough. The process was easy and seamless, thank you guys for the new ride!

Justin was very helpful and easy to talk to. Justin was down to earth and listened to my car desires. He let me look around at my own pace and wasn’t pushy or overly enthusiastic. It was relaxing. I ended up finding a good used car that will fit all needs.

I didn't have a whole lot of time to make the trade I was looking to make and Colby Webb in sales and Jeff White in finance made it happen! Colby was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions. He also shared additional info I was not aware of. Back inside at his desk, Colby asked me what I would like to pay for their vehicle and what I was wanting for my trade. I must say, I was impressed that this was part of the conversation. This approach opened up easy conversation between the two of us for the remainder of the deal. We came to an agreeable middle ground and I went off for Phase II... finance. As it turned out I had bought my last truck 10 years ago from Jeff, who was now the finance manager. Jeff was great to work with just as he was 10 years ago. I highly recommend this team combo if you are looking for an positive experience exchanging vehicles or buying new.
