I just moved to the area and had my F150 serviced at Max for the first time. The service was good and timely, the service advisor (Damian) was excellent, and they did not try to push any extras. I walked away thinking this was a great service department. I would trust my vehicle with Max Ford and they have definitely earned my business in the future. A very satisfied customer.
Had service done on my 2010 F150 to replace and program a new dash cluster because the backlights on the old one went out. The replacement works great and it now has lighting at night so I can see the speedometer when driving. Had a price quote which they stuck by and I really liked. The only downside is that they automatically do a service inspection which the owner gets charged. It was okay that they did it since I now know what else needs to be fixed or replaced in the future if I see fit to have it done. I think that the service inspection that you get charged for should only be done if the vehicle owner requests it so that you can actually plan for the extra charges not be automatically applied when someone brings a vehicle in. Overall though, I still give a 5 star rating for the service and communication back and forth with Mr. King Skylar throughout the entire process.
