recently had my 2019 Ranger in for service at Chapman. I was having various shifting concerns with my transmission that another dealer in the area couldn't fix and quoted me "weeks" before they could even look at it. yet, a friend of mine who took his truck to the same place in the same timeframe was able to get his truck in and serviced (transmission was replaced completely) without an appointment for the same concerns as my truck. with a sour taste in my mouth, I decided to put my trust in Chapman (which I should have done in the first place) and give their service department a shot. I had only ever purchased parts from them prior. I was able to get a next day appointment with Byron, who was friendly and fantastic to work with! my truck was diagnosed within a day or two of being there. it spent close to three weeks there, however, that was only due to other concerns Chapman's technicians found that needed to be addressed. as a prior heavy line Ford technician, I was extremely grateful and impressed with how thorough the technicians were. they went above and beyond to correct the other concerns they found and my original concerns were fixed as well! Byron was able to set me up in a rental vehicle thanks to my extended service plan through Ford. pick up and returning the rental was an easy process and they ensured I was in a similar sized vehicle as my Ranger. all in all, I cannot recommend Chapman enough! I'm extremely pleased with Byron, the technicians and overall service experience there. if I experience any further issues with my truck, I will absolutely return to Chapman for service again. keep up the awesome work, Chapman!

Took my wife's 2019 Ford Expedition to Chapman Ford. She dealt with Darryl. He was very professional and knew what was most likely wrong with the car as soon as she told him what it was doing. We had the vehicle at a local mechanic who gave us a quote that we thought was really high. I have always thought the dealers charged more than the mom and pop shops. Definitely not in this case. The dealership came in 33% less than the mom and pop mechanic! Was very pleased. Our car was finished right on time and runs great! Will definitely be returning to Chapman Ford for future service. FYI - we chose Chapman Ford after reading the google reviews and so happy we did.

This place is 30 minutes away from me but I love coming here. Tim, our service advisor, is patient with customers and really listens to them. I'm always greeted by employees and asked if I need help when walking around while waiting. Tim is great at following up, letting me know when my car is going to be ready and what work needs to be done. Great job training your employees! It's hard to find great customer service these days!!
