Bought a Mach E from Ford of Kirkland. The experience was absolutely wonderful. Tyler, Abdul, and Carson were very kind and made the process so easy. As a first time car buyer I’m very happy with the service and the deal I received. We negotiated hard but they were still very kind and accommodating. My family and I were at ease while purchasing my car and all our questions were answered honestly. Can’t recommend them enough. This is my 10th new vehicle purchase in my lifetime; this is by far the best experience I’ve had. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, customer oriented, efficient and thorough. In purchasing this special ordered pick up, I submitted my personal and credit information prior to arrival, so when I arrived to pick up the truck, the total time I spent onsite taking care of all the paperwork, test drive, vehicle inspection, etc. was 2 hours.???????? This was much appreciated as I had a 4 Hour drive home! Thank you to Erik Clark, Carson Clark and Zach Jones. Great job!!
