My husband and I, Griffin, worked with James and Kimmie to buy a new car for our family since we were feeling crammed in ours after adding our newest addition and wanted a third row seat. We found a Volkswagen online Sunday and by Monday night it was ours due to the quick and great service and work we received here! We are absolutely loving our new car and give Kimmie and James a thousand thank yous! 10/10 definitely recommend Berkeley Ford to anyone looking for a new car!

The staff at Berkeley Ford were outstanding! For my first car deal being unorthodox ( I live 3 hours away from the dealership), the process couldn't have been smoother! Our salesperson, Kimmy, was very attentive and flexible in regards to my work schedule. The paperwork process was quick and easy after being preapproved a few days prior of my visit. Considering the distance I don't think this process could have been easier. This was a wonderful experience buying my first vehicle. My Dad and I both were helped by Kimmy and Rush during our visit, they were extremely laid back and helpful. They definitely made it an easy, stress-free, and overall fun experience!

A couple of weeks ago we purchased a vehicle from Berkeley Ford. A couple of days after we bought it the check engine light came on. We had it checked at a nearby service center and they said the catalytic converter was going bad. We called Berkeley Ford and was told that we had purchased a used vehicle "AS IS" Not satisfied with that answer we drove back to Berkeley Ford to see what could be done. We ended up making a couple of trips out there and on the last trip we were frustrated and at our wits end with the whole situation. Thankfully that's when Sal Rigoroso stepped in and took control of the situation. He was able to build a rapport with us so he could address our concerns. He helped us get into a different vehicle. Unfortunately the check engine light came on in that vehicle too. We contacted Sal and he said to bring the vehicle in and he would take care of it. On the way to the dealership my wife got the news that a close friend of ours had passed away. When my wife got there Sal could tell she was upset. He comforted her and assured her he would take care of the car. By the time she left they were talking about Heaven and Scripture and Penny felt so much better. When she called me to tell me what happened she said it was so refreshing to find someone in the car business with Christian beliefs and values. Sal is truly a man of his word. Sal was a Godsend for us and we can't thank him enough for everything he has done for us.
