First time to Apple sport. I was very impressed. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone named Jason Ehlers. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and most important, friendly! We basically made a deal over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership he was there ready to great me. The truck was so clean and ready to go. They had the paperwork ready and I was in and out fast although the dealership was so clean and everyone was so nice I wanted to hang around all day! The best part was the price was great compared to all the other dealerships. Thank you Jason and thank you Apple Sport! You earned a customer! What a wonderful buying experience! From the time I called Jason to the time I drove off the lot was less than two hours. And that’s with me driving an hour to get there. When I arrived, he already had the car, detailed and paperwork ready to sign. Best Buy experience ever.

I must say, this is the first dealership where one of the salesmen did not just care about the bottom line. Luke at Apple Sport was not only a truly honest person, but he has worked hard to get where he is now. I truly am saying this when he was straightforward with me about a defect on an otherwise perfect condition car. When he noticed a water leak on the windshield of the car I was about to, and did after Luke got the leak taken care of, he actually notified me instead of letting me find out at the next carwash or heavy rain. I will say, that without Luke putting that out there I very well might have walked away when they first offered me 9000 dollars for an otherwise 14,000 dollar truck. After purchasing the truck Luke kept me up to date and worked with my highly demanding short timeframe to get the windshield replaced. He personally took care of me after I had signed the papers, rather than just moving to the next possible commission. This dealer has a rare commodity, an honest salesman, find Luke Osicka and he'll set you straight!
