I’m very pleased with how the service department handled my recall on my wife and I’s ford fusion. But more so how the help continued after we still experienced braking issues, they double checked it all over, found the issue and fixed it quickly within a day. We had a popping when we backed up. Took it to another dealership and were ddismissed. Nick and the guys in the shop listed to us and took the time and effort to find the problem.
