Amazing people to work with. Very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Feels more like you’re visiting friends when you get there as you don’t have 50 salesman running after you. Also SUPER quick in everything. Within 30 minutes of reaching out and asking for a video I had everything. They even brought the car to my house which is 2 hours away.

Service for my recall was scheduled without issue. The service rep Bunny explained everything I needed to do when I dropped off my vehicle. Another issue came up before the service date and I added that on my key drop form. Everything was fixed the same day and I received the inspection report when I picked up. All around smooth experience. I have another Ford dealership 1 mile from my house, but I still go to Frederick Motor Company instead.

I had the pleasure of working with David regarding my interest in buying a new/used vehicle and he was absolutely amazing! The most funniest laid back kind of guy and salesman I have had the luck of working with! He made the whole experience easy, fast and fun! I never once felt pressured or scammed into buying something that would not work for me! Not only was David amazing but the finance director Elmer was just as great! He worked with me and the bank to get my monthly payment not a cent more than I had wanted walking in the doors! He as well was wonderful and fun to work with.
