Our return visit was exceptional and a night day difference the transparency, the professionalism, the courtesy, and the friendliness everything that you would expect in an excellent car buying experience I want to personally think Mr. Jerri “coach” and Daniel. Y’all are top-notch thank you for taking the time with my wife and I today. She’s extremely pleased with her vehicle and the experience overall, in fact, she remarked me after we left that that was the most pleasant car buying experience she’s ever had. We still had that liner issue trying to figure out the fuel release for accessing where you fill up. I’m not sure if it’s something we don’t know how to operate but I don’t see that lever and it’s not just pushing open like I thought it might so we will swing back by to show you the one little thing that I think we overlooked today but I know it’s going be a non-issue. I happily recommend All-Star Ford for the buying experience and the transparency and integrity of the team there. Thank you so much. We look forward to shopping with y’all again and will confidently refer anybody that we know seeking either a new Ford or possibly a preowned vehicle.
Called the dealership and spoke with Chelcy. She asked us to come in right away for a diagnosis, and within just a few hours she had the vehicle fully repaired. She even made sure we had a chance to grab some lunch while we waited. Outstanding service!
We were beyond pleased with our experience here! Our saleswoman Liberty was AMAZING! It honestly felt like I was car shopping with a best friend.
