2025 Ford Expedition Active MAX

We had an awesome experience at Sterling Ford. Ben Bellard was our salesman and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. I dropped my truck off Wednesday night and first thing Thursday morning my service provider Mrs. Malaya called me and answered every question I had with such an amazing attitude and she really listens to your concerns and takes them seriously and helps you understand their process of things . I 10/10 would recommend her if you need anything on your Ford handled I also spoke briefly with a Mrs. Brandy and she was just as helpful and amazing ! They have my truck and are doing some repairs to it I’ll definitely update my review when I get updated on my truck ! So far so great ! Very thankful for these ladies and their technicians!

The process for buying a vehicle at Sterling was painless and so easy. LJ was my salesman and he is so nice and polite. He does everything for you and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He took his time to explain everything I needed to know about my car. Scott the financial person had all the necessary paper work ready for me to sign and was knowledgeable about what the warranties meant and explained them so I could.
