5 hour drive but worth it. Small family run business but a breath of fresh air. I was quoted more at a large dealership so when they told me the price I didn’t haggle. I dealt with Kin the whole time. I wasn’t sent to a finance office to up sell me on things I didn’t want. I did buy an extended warranty but I asked about it before he offered. Zero pressure. Just a great buying experience which didn’t take away from the excitement of buying a new van. I’m a customer for life.
I just took delivery of our (small business and personally) 11th vehicle over the last 9 years. Kin has worked with us to locate vehicles when we needed them immediately, and also walked us through ordering to our specifications. The most recent order took less than six week from ordering to delivery. The services department has been great and always worked with us when it comes to making sure we aren't down.
