I recently took delivery of a new-to-me 2021 Mustang Mach E bought elsewhere, and wanted to have an inspection done to make sure it's safe for my spouse. Lee took my call and assured me they were familiar with the car. I have had mixed experiences with service for EVs, but this was NOT the case at Sun State! In fact as I pulled in for service another electric pony car was there at service happily charging. Lee found that I had a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) on the vehicle, and ordered the parts promptly. I was offered a ride to a nearby shopping area but I elected to walk as it was a lovely day. I returned for service and was able to come back for the vehicle the same day. I was even given the option to replace another related part at my cost, which I did. Lee even covered the labor under the TSB, so I really feel confident in the repair. I was even supported after the service, getting a lifetime guarantee on the parts replaced, and had all my questions answered by Robert in management. It's no wonder my neighbors all bought their Ford vehicles at Sun State, they sure make it easy to do business, and I'm thankful for the services rendered, I feel like my recent CPO vehicle is now a totally new one! Thank you to all the Sun State Ford staff, from everyone in Service, to Reception, to Management.
Sunstate is as good as the next, buying process was straightforward. I ordered my 22 Ranger and it arrived on schedule. They told me 5 months and it was 5 months. I did appreciate the E-mails from Ford on the progress. The finance department insisted I use Ford Motor Credit even though I had financing already set up with my credit union. It was the same interest rate so I went along with it. I suppose they get money back from Ford this way and I am happy to help out, they were just “take it or leave it though”. Service any where since Covid is lacking, they just need to train quick lube technicians better. I always used a checklist at my shop to make sure everything is completed properly. I always have to reset the on board service reminder my self, they do put the sticker in the window though. All in all I will continue to do business with Sunstate Ford because they are close to me.
Despite Ford treating us like second-class citizens with high interest rates, Mikk's exceptional service made our third purchase a pleasure.
