5 hour drive but worth it. Small family run business but a breath of fresh air. I was quoted more at a large dealership so when they told me the price I didn’t haggle. I dealt with Kin the whole time. I wasn’t sent to a finance office to up sell me on things I didn’t want. I did buy an extended warranty but I asked about it before he offered. Zero pressure. Just a great buying experience which didn’t take away from the excitement of buying a new van. I’m a customer for life.
I just took delivery of our (small business and personally) 11th vehicle over the last 9 years. Kin has worked with us to locate vehicles when we needed them immediately, and also walked us through ordering to our specifications.
