Happily edited, previous review removed. I am happily changing my review to five stars. Our return visit was exceptional and a night day difference the transparency, the professionalism, the courtesy, and the friendliness everything that you would expect in an excellent car buying experience I want to personally think Mr. Jerri “coach” and Daniel. Y’all are top-notch thank you for taking the time with my wife and I today. She’s extremely pleased with her vehicle and the experience overall, in fact, she remarked me after we left that that was the most pleasant car buying experience she’s ever had. We still had that liner issue trying to figure out the fuel release for accessing where you fill up. I’m not sure if it’s something we don’t know how to operate but I don’t see that lever and it’s not just pushing open like I thought it might so we will swing back by to show you the one little thing that I think we overlooked today but I know it’s going be a non-issue. I happily recommend All-Star Ford for the buying experience and the transparency and integrity of the team there. Thank you so much. We look forward to shopping with y’all again and will confidently refer anybody that we know seeking either a new Ford or possibly a preowned vehicle.

Edit - Today I had a nice conversation with Tommy from All Star Ford. He was very professional and apologized profusely. He admits that his team was not the best prepared that day. I can respect that, after all we are all human beings and are not perfect. Tommy went on to discuss that the new ownership is a good thing, but comes with some challenges. One of these challenges is staffing and making sure you have the right people in the right place. He admits that they are still "finding their way" but assured me that progress is being made. I have agreed to give them another chance, we've all been in similar spots ourselves. I would like to say this was handled in a very professional manner and I enjoyed the candid conversation with Tommy. I am very disappointed. I have done business with All Star since 1993 and NEVER had an experience as bad as this. I was looking for a Bronco or F-150. The staff is very friendly but I was told that they could not find keys or even entire vehicles that I was interested in. When they found a Bronco for me to test drive it was FILTHY. We left that Saturday and when I tried to follow up, all I got was "when can you come in?". Very poorly trained staff as I felt I knew more about the vehicles they were selling. You have lost a customer as I have now purchased a new F-150 from another dealership. I really hate this as I have used All Star Ford, Dodge, Nissan, and Hyundai for sales and service.
