Dealer's notes

from the dealerThis vehicle won't be on the lot long! A comfortable ride with room to spare! The engine breathes better thanks to a turbocharger, improving both performance and economy. Ford prioritized comfort and style by including: speed sensitive wipers, a trailer hitch, and 1-touch window functionality. Come down to our dealership, allow us to demonstrate our commitment to excellence!

I wanted to follow up on my prior review. The owner replied and I was placed in contact with the service manager Wally Aguilar who was eager to correct the concerns I raised. Wally had the damaged parts replaced, removed the factory camber adjustment pins, adjusted the suspension to specifications I requested and performed a factory recall work during the same visit. I am happy with the resulting work, and James Ford is again a dealership I feel I can trust to service my performance vehicle. Big thank you to the management team for caring and following through.

I was watching the 49ers game when I saw a Ford commercial advertising Bronco Sports with up to $6,000 off. I checked my local Ford dealer but they only had one at the price. I figured it was a loss leader so I stopped looking. Then Peter contacted me to ask if I was still interested in a new Bronco Sport, I had contacted him last year to see if they had any end of year specials; he had saved my info. Peter said they had a few with the discounts advertised. I went there, test drove it, and Peter did the paperwork. It was so easy. Oh, and I love my new Bronco Sport. It's still in the break-in process so I'm driving it easy but I'm averaging 30mpg. That's only a few miles less than the Ford Focus that I replaced with the Bronco Sport.

When I went to James Ford I told them the type of vehicle that I ndeeded and I was shown a vehicle that was perfect for my needs. I needed a vehicle that could easily tow 7000 pounds and still have room for five or more passengers. The vehicle was used because I asked for a used vehicle. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
