2025 Ford Expedition Active MAX 4x4

Let’s see where can I start. Since the beginning of purchasing a vehicle Kruse was one of my tops. I had heard they work with people who do not have the best of credit and was really looking for a vehicle as mother of three. Kruse helped get me to what I was looking for which was more room and third row within my budget! I love my Ford Expedition! Servicing my vehicle since financing in May has been nothing but exceptional. Their customer service is top notch. Friendly and fast and never felt pressured to do more. Recently I had a recall on our blow motor and was hoping not to have to pay out of pocket as I am living paycheck to paycheck. Ray was absolutely amazing. This man really did fight for me and understood my needs and really showed that he cared. I just cannot say enough about the people at Kruse and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone!
