Absolutely Amazing! I can not say enough good things about this dealership. I financed a 2023 Ford Bronco. Daniel Otieno was very knowledgeable and kind. The finance guy Matthew Trent listened to what I wanted/needed number wise and made it happen. And his professionalism was great. Car was spotless when I left the dealership. First some background: 55 year old male, never purchased a new vehicle before, never had a car payment, ever. Full disclosure: never had a car worthy of a car payment. Was recommended to Rowe by Christie Ray. Went in and met Jim Mathews. He couldn’t have been more patient with me! And zero pressure! No pressure from anyone for that matter. Liked the F150 I looked at from the start but definitely had some shock with the numbers. Jim and one of the managers (unfortunately don’t remember his name but he’s from Windham and sits at the main desk) ran multiple scenarios until we found one that worked. Then onto Debbie for the paperwork. Again, no pressure. She asked all the right questions and found a way to get me exactly what I needed at a price that worked for me. Finally, I ran everything by one of my former student-athletes in the Rowe shop, Derek Kuusela and we closed the deal. Everyone that I worked with was a consummate professional! I felt like they understood me and truly wanted to help, without pressure or up selling. I’d strongly recommend Rowe to everyone!
