2025 Ford Expedition Active MAX 4x4

When I walked into Crouse Ford in Taneytown, Maryland I was a newbie to both the dealership and to Ford products. I was greeted by a man who turned out to be one of the owners of the company, on a Saturday, and everything just went uphill from there. I returned on Monday, With a trade-in truck and everyone that I dealt with in the dealership, made a very pleasant experience happen. I drove away a couple hours later in an amazing 2024 Ford F150 XLT that has more bells and whistles than my SUV. My budget constraints had been met and I am a proud owner of a Ford truck for the first time in my life. I had talked with Ford dealers around Baltimore and did not get the feeling that they were any different than my long term conception of a car dealer.

Crouse Ford is the best dealer I've ever worked with. Great service and reasonable rates. Even if I don't own Fords in the future, I'd still still consider taking my vehicles to Crouse for service.

Whenever I take my vehicles into Crouse Ford for service I'm always happy with the results. They have great customer service and explain in detail what exactly they will be doing. I always know that I am getting a good value for the money when I use them.
