Buying a vehicle can be super stressful. I wanted to thank Platinum Ford sales team for making the process quick. Me and my brother stopped by because they had two King Ranch trucks that we liked sitting out front. Within 15 minutes they showed us their offer. I told them another dealer in the area was offering a lot more in discounts and asked if they could match. They told me with discounts like that I should go see them. I really appreciated their advice and we were able to get these two trucks and had confirmation that we got a great deal from John Bowers at Rockwall Ford!
Platinum Ford North, especially Will in the service department, has taken incredible care of my car and me each and every time I brought it in! Not only did they consistently get my car in immediately (compared to some Ford service locations that told me I'd have to drop my car off and wait two weeks for them to even look at it), they serviced it quickly, and did an incredible job of updating me often on the status of the fixing process. The whole staff worked tirelessly to figure out why my car wasn't working correctly, and were able to fix the issue with my car. I'm so grateful for them and will always bring my car here for any services needs in the future!
