We had a simply amazing experience buying our first car at Victory Ford. Brittany was amazing and helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Mitch was also awesome in helping us do the paperwork and discussing options on warranty. The customer service we received and continue to receive is the best. The Lincoln Nautilus, we purchased we truly love. Dr and Mrs Hunter

UPDATE….within an hour of posting this review all our questions were answered. While I’m happy with the vehicle I purchased, I’m less than thrilled with the communication from the dealership AFTER my purchase! We drove 3 hours to buy this specific Explorer from Victory Ford. When we returned home we realized we overlooked a very important feature. The vehicle has what looks to be a factory installed hitch and trailer light receptacle so we assumed (our mistake) it had a tow package, however there isn’t a tow button on the dash to push when hauling like my previous explorer had, therefore we are unsure if it in fact has a “tow package” which we again assume we need for hauling. We contacted the salesman by email, called and spoke to him about our concern. He was going to contact his service department. It has been 2 weeks with no word. We were told it was a one owner, purchased from their dealership and serviced there as well. Seems to me they should have the knowledge of the vehicle’s capabilities on hand. We’re not looking to get out of the deal, aren’t claiming deceit or anything. We need to know what we need to do to be safe. We simply want to make sure we can safely tow without blowing our transmission! Guess we will need to contact a different dealership.

Victory Ford provided me with excellent customer service with my recent purchase. The entire office staff was friendly and genuinely cared for me as the customer. It was definitely worth the drive across the state to find the right vehicle for me. Thanks again!
