My car was in the service shop for a month, it went in with a vibration issue. While test driving, the transmission fell off the bottom of my car taking the gear shift and so much more with it, totaling the car entirely. The service manager, Eric, sat down with me and spent so much time with me explaining the situation and offered any help with dealing with my insurance, or whatever decision I made. Throughout this entire ordeal, Adrianne, a service advisor assigned to my car, was such a sweet heart. She helped me with recommendations on the best possible solution. Johnnie, the senior service tech even came to shake my hand, and shared how thankful he was that the freak accident happened to him while he was driving the car, and not myself and my young daughter. I enjoyed meeting these people, and talking with them. I definitely recommend them.
