2027 Ford Expedition Active

I ordered and bought my new 2021 Mustang Mach E from Stokes Hodges and it was a simple and pleasurable experience. TJ was easy to work with and took good care of me. Over the past 2 1/2 years I have not had any problems with the car so my only servicing involved a few Ford recalls. Twice I took advantage of their mobile service; they came to my home and satisfied the recalls. This saved me time and it was a great convenience. Today I took the car in to service for a two visit recall. Morgan explained everything to me and the waiting area was comfortable.

I was told by the person changing my oil (not here) that I had a small coolant leak. I was very nervous about this since I had to replace my engine last year, so after reading the great reviewsI called and made an appointment to have my car looked at. Everyone was so nice and my car was taken immediately back to be checked over. After a little over an hour, I was told that after a very thorough inspection, there was no leak found and everything was fine. They didn’t charge me a thing for the service and time. Adam explained everything that was done and told me to be sure to call should I have any trouble. I won’t hesitate to come back any time my car needs something. They were up front and honest and that is something that you don’t find everywhere. I really appreciate the service I got. Thanks Adam!

Jack and Nick Took Awesome care of us. Jack found us a car within our budget. Nick explained all options for warranty and was timely and efficient on getting us out the door. We will definitely come back when are for our vehicle purchase.
