Look at this beauty! ???? Can’t wait for beach days with the family in our new Bronco Sport! ????? Shout out to the exemplary service in sales from John Wilson putting a deal together, Steven in the finance office, and the General Manager Matt Stevens who is one of the best in the business.
Cesar and Hugo were both outstanding in every possible way. I felt like I made 2 new friends by the time I left with my awesome new Bronco. Their professionalism and responsiveness to all my questions were like no other car buying experience I've ever had in the past. Thank you very much to both of them.
It was after 4p.m. and Mark Neal did not disappoint. He phoned Service several times and no one answered the phone, he did not stop there, he boosted my battery and had someone to drive my vehicle to Service to install a new battery. His understanding was that only a couple of technicians in Service was able to perform the recall on my vehicle. Again, he did not stop there; he inquired and discovered that at least 2-3 more technicians could do the job. He told me to take one of his cards to call him so that we could collaborate on a schedule where Service could have my vehicle finished in about a day instead of days. Thanks Mr. Neal!
