2026 Ford Expedition Active 4x4

SHOCK AND AWE Service. Despite having an extended warranty there are certain things that just don’t make sense for coverage. Case in point, a burned out LED high beam bulb on our 2020 F350. I fully expected to pay for the bulb and the time to install. What I was Shocked over was the quote of $1200+ to replace the entire head light assembly and the realization that in order to get a state inspection I would need say yes to this purchase. The bulbs are embedded in the whole plastic lamp assembly. Trudy at G.Stone made the AWE happen by pushing this up the ladder and were able to get all but a fraction covered. This is why we keep coming back through the G.Stone Motors doors. I hope engineers at Ford addresses this design flaw. Thank you Trudy!
