I went with my brother to help him purchase a new 2023 Ford Explorer ST and make sure he got a good deal. (I have been in sales for over 20 plus years). The salesman, sales manager and finance manager were all great to work with, because they didn't play any games with the advertised pricing and financing deals thru Ford motor credit. Overall it was a great experience for my brother's new vehicle purchase. Two ????????
Aaron Wolford was my salesman, very professional and friendly, he asked what was looking for, then showed me several options. Mr. Wolford answered all of my questions, when it was time to speak with the sales manager, Mr. White, he was also professional and friendly. I asked about the loyalty rewards, Mr. White said he looked and didn't find my name. I smiled and asked if they spelled it correctly, he spelled it for me and that was the problem. I received my loyalty rewards which made the price acceptable to me. I drove the car home. The facility was very clean, all employees were friendly. I was impressed. Thank you.
Absolutely the best service I have had done on any of my vehicles by far! Came and picked my car up for me for free at about 1:30pm Wednesday called about an hour later with a diagnosis. Ordered the part and called to wake me up at 10 AM Thursday and she was all fixed! Im very thankful & appreciative to Brandon Staten and Rob Barnett ????????
