I went in to Lenoir City Ford to look at used F150’s and had Bentley as the Sales Rep. I can honestly say that over the years I have purchased dozens of vehicles and Bentley was by far the best experience I have had. He was incredibly helpful and listened to what I wanted and showed me everything they had in stock and even one that wasn’t for sale yet, which is the one I purchased. The sale was uneventful with no back and forth drama and absolutely no pressure. I picked the truck up today and Bentley took all the time I needed to explain all the features of the truck. Overall experience at Lenoir City was excellent but if you are going in to purchase a vehicle, I would request Bentley. You won’t be disappointed!
