I bought my 24 bronco sport from imperial ford thank to Sam in April. Sam made the process easy! He brought me two different models of the bronco sport and I absolutely fell inlove with my 24 bronco sport big bend. Test drove it and knew it was the one for me! He was able to help me drive off the lot that day with my new car! This was my first car I’ve bought brand new and he was able to explain step by step what was going to happen! I just bought a preowned Ford Edge from Imperial Ford. They have a huge selection of cars for sale. They had two cars that I was interested in so I was able to test drive both of them and compare side by side. The customer service was great start to finish! They let us test drive and look over the cars without being hounded by the salesperson the entire time. We are from out of state so they delivered the car to my house after they registered it! I would highly recommend Imperial Ford!

Great people, great service! It was time to get a new car after 18.5 years with my other Mustang, and I went to a few dealerships. I was determined to have another blue Mustang, but they didn't have one at Imperial. I really liked Haley (sales rep) and the people at Imperial because they were helpful without all of the pressure. So, I called Haley and asked if they could get a blue Mustang for me because I preferred to do business with them than any other dealership I went to. Haley & her manager, Adam, made it happen - in about a week, they had found exactly what I wanted and were able to get it for me. I couldn't be happier! Picked the car up yesterday and they made the whole process easy & smooth. Haley was even kind enough to set up my old and new cars together so I could get a few photos. I'm very happy I chose to work with Haley, Adam, and the people at Imperial. Professional, yet relaxed - none of the high pressure sales talk - it made the whole experience relaxing for me.
