Our salesman, Jonathan, was great. He was about the business and immediately got to work on finding a vehicle within our budget with the specifications we requested. We didn’t have to sit through a speech/sales pitch with all the fluff or listen to promises that couldn’t be kept. Everything was straightforward and we found what we wanted with some compromise. The finance manager then got to work finding us the best rate and lender to fit within our budget. My only complaint is that we ended up sitting at the dealership until 10:00 that night after arriving at 3:00 in the afternoon.
We are thankful for Dylan and Charlie who listened to our needs. We really needed something large enough for our crew, but we didn’t think it would be affordable.
