Process was very smooth and actually the fastest transaction I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Got his number, he replied fairly quickly and I sent him what I want and he got the numbers rolling within the day. All by phone. No hassling to come in or to try something else. Picked up my bronco Monday from that Sat and love it! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I’ve always hated the car buying process. I’d been looking for a Lincoln MKZ for a while now & can not say enough wonderful things about my experience at Bill Collins. Mark was my salesman and Bill Jordan helped finalize the deal. Mark gave me his phone # and told me to let him know if I ever needed anything. I had to bring my car in to have the brakes & rotors changed, so I sent Mark a quick text to get info on how to do that. Unbeknownst to me Mark was on vacation but DID NOT hesitate to help me out & even messaged Bill to ask if he’d follow through to get me taken care of. Bill immediately called me, set everything up at the Quick Lane service department and I was in and out in a matter of hours. Both Mark & Bill went above & beyond for me & I’d gladly recommend them to anyone searching for a new vehicle.
