2026 Ford Explorer

I wish there were more than 5 stars for my experience. Hector was my seller. I had a very difficult situation to work with because I owed a lot on my trade. Due to that I had limited options. I had my heart set on an suv. Then he took me for a ride in what is now my 2021 Kia K5 and I fell in love. It has so many safety features and great fuel economy. The entire staff helped me and everyrhing was explained. The car did have a recall and Hector wasted no time in calling to schedule the fix and they are acrually taking my car to a KIA dealerahip to do it. They take care of their customers and this was truly the best car buying experience of my life. And Hector is an asset to Phil Long. Also thanks to Louis for takeing time to figure out how to open the gas door. Thanks to Rich for explaining the paperwork and Shawn for convincing me to get the extra warranty. You all rock. Great experience. Really awesome people. We can't thank the crew at Phil Long Ford of Raton, enough. We have now bought a total of 4 cars from them and it has been a fantastic experience. From, Sales ( Shawn, Frank, Greg and the whole sales crew) to Service Department( Cassie in service is amazing), we will forever be a Phil Long Ford Family. We will always refer people to this dealership and service department. Excellent customer service. They ALL do above and beyond what is needed to make the customer happy. I can’t remember everybodies name that helped but Hector, Kassie, david, Jessie and everyone else’s name I wasn’t able to get did a phenomenal job to get us in a car and back home. Our car broke down and they got us in as fast as they could unfortunately the part was unavailable so we woulda had to spend another week in this cold lovely town. We had to purchase a vehicle but I wouldn’t have purchased from anybody else. Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY is so nice and tries to do what’s best for the customer. If you have to stop into this town you will not be disappointed with the hospitality that comes along from the car dealership to the hotel to the tow truck everybody is amazing and I wish you all the best!
