Had a very pleasant buying experience yesterday! I worked with Angel Campos on a regular cab F150. While he is new at sales, I see a fantastic salesman in the making with some time and the right guidance. He was friendly, connected with me very well and made sure I was comfortable. While the buying experience took a little longer than I would have liked, I still had a great time and felt like my time was valued. When the time comes, I am going to do business with this dealership again!
Easy to do business with, incredibly efficient, and knowledgeable. I experienced two other Ford certified centers and they were hard to work with. It appeared that they weren’t interested in helping. Seemed they were focused on selling me a car. I spoke to Rachelle at McCombs Ford West. She made the process easy. If your looking for an experienced team who works fast and reliable, these guys have a good system in place and deliver customer service.
