We first brought our 2016 Ford Fusion into service and found out there was problems within the bearings in the transmission that could’ve ranged up to $7000 in repairs plus 4 new tires and alignment. After leaving it there overnight we decided to look into getting a new car and trade in the Fusion. Ashley Deodato was our liaison in the service department. She was very professional, friendly and helpful with our experience. She sent us to Larry Parker in Sales after notifying her we were looking at trading in the Fusion. Larry took us around the lot and explained all the different features on several different models and finally we decided on the 2023 Ford Escape. Kenny Fisher, Salesman came over to us and was also very helpful in the negotiation process. Justin Chapman, Sales Manager helped make our deal happen. Andrew Mannion in finance made the paperwork a breeze! We were out the door in no time at all with a beautiful new car! No more worries! All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and made our experience quick and pleasant!
