I don't normally leave Google reviews, but I will when service is either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. In this case, I experienced exceptionally GOOD service. It was great working with Dakota and Smith Auto Family. I purchased a 2024 Mustang Dark Horse at a great price and they gave me a fair price for transportation (they drove the Mustang to my location and drove my trade-in back, which was nearly 1400 miles). I purchased from Georgia, but they made the purchase process easy, straightforward, and they were very responsive. Dakota provided live pictures of the car before I purchased and after they installed the pre-delivery inspection parts. There was an issue with a couple parts that I noticed that weren't installed, but after notifying Dakota, he had his service team get the items from the parts department and they quickly installed the parts the next day. One improvement that I have for them is to find a way to send customers quality video of the car they are interested in purchasing. Dakota sent me video of the Mustang when I requested it, once before I purchased it and again the day before they transported it to my house, but the videos came out very pixilated. He sent me pictures in lieu, but clear video would have been nice. Purchasing a vehicle can be a very stressful and draining experience, but Dakota and his team really made the experience, overall, easy. Great price for the Mustang. Fair price for my trade-in.
