2026 Ford Explorer

I'm a snowbird currently in Florida and had the strongest urge to return to a Ford Flex. Yes, they're discontinued. And that's why I bought an Explorer. But I really was yearning, so started doing a Google search for a 2019 Flex, the last year they were made. I had lots of hits, but of course, many of them were front wheel drive, and coming from the north country, I needed all-wheel drive. I also wanted one where I could see the Carfax report without having to pay for it. I landed on Jarrett Ford with just about everything I wanted. Yes, they were 3 hours away across the state, but the salesperson who contacted me, George Hunt, was so nice and so easy to deal with that I decided to make the trip. How refreshing to have everyone very professional and not trying to rush you into a deal! George had everything ready in the event I wanted to take it home with me. But still no great pressure. Yes, I took it home with me, but before I even left, George made sure that my phone was connected, that I was able to change the entry code, that everything was out of my trade in, etc. F&I was easy, too. I would highly recommend Jarrett, and George in particular.

I was in the market for a used pickup for month’s Jarrett Ford posted what I was looking for (Chevrolet Colorado). I arrived at the dealership within a hour of the posting. George showed me the truck and informed me it had not been inspected yet. He gave me a fair price knowing it might need some things in the shop. The price they gave me did not quite in my very strict budget. George and the management team made adjustments to the deal to make it work for my budget. George had the car detailed (top notch) and even delivered to me at my workplace. George made the process simple, and fast. This was by far the best experience I have had any dealership. Jarett Ford’s dealership fees are lower than average and offers actual useful benefits.

Being almost 2 hours away, I was able to work with Cory and his team over the phone to get a nice 2019 F150. Jarrett Ford makes the buying process quick and efficient. Cory did a great job and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
