2026 Ford Explorer

This is an honest dealership and Drew is an excellent salesman! I drove over 3 hours from NC because not only did they actually have a hard-to-find XL Maverick Hybrid, they sold it without a bunch of dealer markups. I had a great experience here. Well worth the drive.

First of all i just want to say thank you to everyone from the Chatsworth ford dealership specifically the salesman James brown and Corey sims. Out of every place i’ve looked into to buy/finance a car/truck this is the one place i never thought it would happen for a long while at least.I say this due to my age, credit history, work history and much more. Im not saying i'm a troubled person whatsoever, I'm just one who lives ahead of my age a bit. including don't have much of a report for anything in general since i've just been starting with building credit about 6 months ago. Yes i did get a cosign for my new/used 2021 f350 platinum but i'm more than capable of making my payment… i parked at the dealership mainly looking to get some general maintenance stuff done but then specific vehicles caught my eye due to me needing an upgrade from what i have been in. James saw me from the start and asked me what was up i gave him a rundown and he said this will be one of the smoothest and easiest deals i would ever go with so i went all in. It did take some time but at the expense of me being able to get my dream truck. I’ve never felt so blessed by anyone before. These guys went above and beyond to make sure they sent me out of that lot with exactly what i've been looking for. To finish this off i'm not saying that just anyone like myself can go buy a vehicle like this at 18/19yo like i was able to, but it is very possible to be done at the same time. Everything took place perfectly for me at the exact time it needed to be. Truly i feel if it wasn’t for james, Corey and there team fighting to help me out on which loan offers would be the best this wouldn’t have happened. There are some amazing dealerships that are willing to help and some not so much, but i'm definitely going to be a customer at this store not just once but at least twice throughout my life in GA.

perfect buying experience at Chatsworth Ford. Salesman Drew Ferny is the best allround car salesman I have ever worked with. He and Cory Sims made the new purchase process go smooth as butter. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. Oh yeah I forgot to mention I drove a little over 3 hrs from East Tn. and it was well worth it because Chatsworth Ford had the very truck I had been searching
