I had service with you guys on my ford 250. The oil change was done, but I was taking on my air filter that wasn't ready for change ,and I was convinced that it should be changed. I went to my Anderson BULLHEAD City Ford and they told me that the filter was not ready for change. And I was hoping I would have been reimburse on my ford card. After I found out that the filter was fine I made the call for the reimbursement but I was left hanging with the extra charge.
Ray Haven was GREAT! Our pickup was delivered super fast and every little detail was tended to! Easy no pressure transaction by the entire staff! Great local business!
