Had an issue after service to my truck and got a call the same evening from the service manager. He went above and beyond to rectify the issue and made me feel extremely comfortable with taking my truck back to pugmire. I bought the truck from there because they had the color and options I wanted during covid, I will buy or order my next truck from there because of the way this unfortunate situation was handled… very pleased with this dealership from front to back. This is how you do business.
I tried there pick up and car delivery service for my oil change this time and it was awesome! So convenient. I was working from home and double tasked!! They even pulled up in a car labeled pugmire ford big on the side and tell you who picking up your car up so you know your not handing your keys over to an imposter!
