The sales staff I dealt with was great. “G” wasn’t trying to sell me anything or pressure me into something I didn’t want. He let me buy a car and worked to make it happen. Everyone I dealt with was great- Everyone was courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. I walked out with the car I wanted for pretty close to the price I wanted to pay. I feel like we came to a mutually respectable deal. Dealerships need to make money, but Stearns was willing to work with me and make a deal that benefits both of us. I’ll be back for our next car for sure!
As far as dealership experiences go this one was probably the best. Kelvin is a great salesman, makes things clear and the process seemed pretty transparent. Dustin in finance is great too. Was really happy taking my GT back home!
After leaving County Ford in utter disgust, we headed to Sterns Ford. They were getting ready to close at 7pm and it was about 6:30pm We met Joe (only 3 months on the job) who showed us the cars we were looking for and then proceeded to quickly get our trade-in assessed. We found the car we were looking for at the right price. By now the store should be closing but they didn't rush us at all with the buying process. Long story short, we got a fair deal on the trade, a competitive interest rate and the car we were looking for. It was hands down the best car buying experience we've had. Charles was straight up with the figures and when we wanted to remove the extras - there was no pressure. He took them right off the quote. We ended up being there until 9pm when all was finalized but we drove away happy! We can't say enough about Joe and Charles. Highly recommend!
