Highly recommend Joanne!!! If I could I would give her more stars. She was patient and not pushy. She treated us like we wanted and we were super comfortable with her . My husband works his butt off and I wanted him in a new truck this year Hes always wanted anew diesel & blue at that! I told her we have to get this done so Joann went to work & she found us the perfect truck! I cant rave enough about her customer service and kindness. Her GM Brandon he was awesome. Brandon answered all our questions with patience. He went to work with the banks to get us a great rate. We also were very pleased with the extended warranty package because of coverage on the entire motor, bumper-bumper, ect. That was a huge make or break for us as well as the payment . After numbers were worked and we were ready to pull the trigger, we worked with Jorge on the financing. Jorge was awesome also. We were in there for a bit doing paperwork together to sign and We talked like old friends. Buying a vehicle is stressful but the entire process here was simple. We were treated like people and not a number. Its about quality not quantity here. On a side note My husband if I have looked for a truck for the last 4 months and have been to several locations in DFW. We have searched numerous sites and I can also tell you that they're pricing is the best out there. If you're looking for a vehicle you really need to reach out to Joanne.
