From the moment I arrived, Jason—my service advisor—treated me like a friend, not just a customer. He sent me regular updates, photos, and even videos so I always knew what was happening with my car. His communication was proactive and personal, and when things got complicated (rear axle and bushing issues followed by a sudden brake line failure), Jason handled it all with calm professionalism and made sure everything stayed on track. Gary, the service manager, went above and beyond.
