I could not have asked for a better experience with this dealership. I did everything in communication with Rafael while at work and came by after work to pick up my new car. Stress free, hassle free and he was an absolute joy to deal with. Mike the finance manager was also fantastic and I appreciate him staying late to finish things up for me and for doing everything he could to secure me the best deal on this car. I ordered a brand new 2024 F-250 Limited through salesman Mark Dennis about 4 months ago. Mark told me lead time to expecting a vehicle was around 6 months, which I was okay with as these are made to order trucks. Mark was very persistent at keeping me up to date to when it was scheduled for production, when it was in production, when it was shipped from the factory and when it was delivered. When it finally came in, Mark was very communicative with the purchase on what I needed to bring and how the sale was going to work. Overall Mark is wonderful and I will definitely be buying my next vehicles through him and referring friends and family! When it comes to the financing department, I had Robert Parke and he was also very helpful on looking out for my best interest and letting me know which options were the best to choose and also very friendly! The whole staff at Coggin Ford is a 10/10 and over the top!
