Jumped the gun a couple weeks ago, and said some stuff about the service department, I should not have said. I went in a different direction with the help of a long time friend there Sean Ryan and everything was handled. Thank You Will Tiesiera Ford for getting me back on the road and treating me with respect and in a professional manner, much appreciated. The line that was said to me, "The ball is in our court now" In this crazy world we live in today it was nice to see someone say it and back it up. Thank You!

I've been coming to Will Tiesiera Ford for a few years now when my vehicles need maintenance work. The service department has been awesome, consistently treating me well and keeping me informed about repair costs before the repairs are made. Recently I gave the sales department a try, having no prior experience with them. I worked with Jordan Roman and was met with the same exceptional treatment as in the service department. Jordan was very helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for, up front and honest throughout the buying process (no last minute "well there is also this fee..."), and has continued to be a great resource even after he sold me the car. Overall I have had very good experiences with Will Tiesiera Ford and will continue with them for future needs.
