I had a recall on our Mustang and called for an appointment. The lady at the service department said she had a tech sitting around with nothing to do and if I could get it down there it could get taken care of that day. I asked if they could also do an oil change and she said they could. It all got done in about an hour. Could not be happier with the service department, they were/are great.
I highly recommend Phil Brannan Ford for both purchasing and servicing. The purchase process was absolutely no pressure (a custom order) at a fair price. Vehicle has had one warranty issue and the service dept worked in a timely manner until resolved. Also, all routine maintenance to date has been completed within their projected timeframe.
