Very pleased with my Smith Auto Family experience! Shannon helped me schedule my last oil change and was able to have the technician come to my place of work. The technician was quick and very polite. He explained what he did and I love that I didn’t have to leave work. I submitted an inquiry about the truck and was hastily contacted by friendly Jana. She was very quick to understand that I lived out of town, and wanted to get very in-depth videos of the truck since I would not be able to come in and view it. She obliged my request and sent a full walk around video of the vehicle highlighting key features and assuring me that the vehicle had no flaws. I trusted Jana’s word and we quickly got into a deal. My deal was finalized within 6 hours and I e-signed all the paperwork. We loaded up and started the 160-mile drive to the Smith Auto lot. Upon arrival, I found, to my relief, that Jana’s representation and description of the truck was nothing short of honest. We walked inside, I signed my name a total of three times, and we left. Had my recall issues resolved in one day. The entire scheduling crew to Tim the mobile unit guy were professional , kind n fast with repairs. Got my recall needs done in my driveway. Was even oriented to low rear brake pads, I was unaware of! Over all , this was a great first experience for me. Highly recommend ya give these guys a chance if you have automotive needs.
